Who we are
Africo Group is the holding company of the businesses listed on this website, based at 109 Manhattan Road, Airport Industrial, Cape Town. This policy covers africogroup.com. Each Africo company publishes its own privacy policy on its own website.
What we collect
- Information you give us through the enquiry form: name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message.
- Technical information, such as pages visited and device type, through analytics cookies, only if you accept them.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, route it to the right person or company within the group, and improve this website. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing within the group
If your enquiry concerns one of our companies, we may share it with that company so it can respond. Service providers, such as our website host, receive it only to operate this site and must protect it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to its processing, or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za). Contact info@africogroup.com.
